ALmatic E desktop tamp labelling machine for top labellingThe semi-automatic "ALmatic E Kit" top-loading labeller is designed for applying self-adhesive labels to flat products. It is available in versions with a maximum label width of 100 mm or 200 mm. The maximum label roll outer diameter is ø300 mm, thus ensuring a large working autonomy. In addition, the labeller can be equipped with a thermal transfer printer for printing, for example, the expiry date, batch number, logo, etc.
Thanks to the manual feeding of the products, small batches in particular can be labelled quickly and precisely. Various product holders (templates/holders) are also produced for special shapes, so that all types of products can be labelled.
The operator places the product to be labelled in the product holder and then triggers the labelling process with a hand movement. The labelled product can then be removed from the product holder.
