Vertical sachet machines from INVpack
Vertical sachet machine suitable for dosing pasty, powder, granulated, solids, liquids of food and cosmetic products.The MVA models are vertically operating, fully automatic forming-, filling- and sealing machines for the production of four-side sealed sachets. The MVA machine processes flexible, laminated foils from one reel. In a sequence of single operations, the film is drawn off from the reel, cut lengthwise in the middle, then the two halfs are guided face to face by a deviation triangle and sealed in U-form. The ready-made empty sachet is filled then, conveyed vertically by one sachet length, closed at the top and cut off. At the same time, a photocell control assures the exact positioning of the print.
Each machine can be equipped with different types of dispensers, one or more dispensers:
- Volumetric dosing device for dosing sugar or granules
- Screw conveyor for powder dosing
- Volumetric dosing valve for liquid to viscous products
- Flow meter dispenser for liquid to medium viscous products
