Packaging solutions in stick pack for the food, dairy and cosmetic sectorsThe Stick pack machines are vertically operating, fully automatic forming, filling and sealing machines for the production of small tubular bag packs, called "Stickpack". The machine processes flexible composite films from the flat film roll. The film is pulled off, formed into a tube during vertical transport and longitudinally welded, filled, cross-welded and cut from the strand. A photocell controller ensures exact positioning of the printed image.
Different dosing systems are available, depending on the application and industry.

By it’s shape the stick pack is a pillow bag with longitudinal sealing and a special ratio between width and length. When used for packaging of portions, the stick pack has an ideal ratio of packaged product to minimum packaging material. Hence, a stick packs needs 40 % less film material than a sachet of a similar size.
