Automatic erection of cartons for final packagingThe LEA 2025 carton erector automatically forms cartons through a new patented double-sided positive opening system that ensures perfect opening and squareness of the cartons by eliminating friction between the flaps, thus guaranteeing absolutely safe opening of the carton. Even with square formats and with very thin and uniform micro-channel cartons, the carton can be opened without pre-breaking the inner fold, unlike other forming systems that cannot handle these formats/materials.
The machine automatically opens up to 25 cartons per minute.
